If a client session cannot proceed as planned, the following refund policy applies:
We are therapists based in Barbados. By agreeing to accept therapeutic services, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Further sessions will not be scheduled until payment for the missed session is received. If you have prepaid for sessions, no refund will be provided for late cancellations.

Refunds for Cancellations by Therapist

If your therapist needs to reschedule or cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.

Client Responsibility for Attendance

The client is responsible for attending their online session at the agreed-upon time. If a client is not online within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled, and no refund will be given for the missed session.

Payment Fees

If a session is paid for via PayPal rather than direct bank transfer, the refund minus any PayPal fees will be issued. PayPal charges a fee for processing payments and refunds.
